Jeff LaFortune was born in Kennewick, WA on September 6, 1983. He grew up loving to perform and bring a smile to peoples faces. When he was in high school, he became the drama leader for his youth group and even taught drama classes at summer camp for a time. In February of 2005, Jeff left Kennewick and moved to Walla Walla, WA at the age of 21 to become a youth pastor. He found a wife and the two of them are still happily married to this day. In 2007, Now married, the LaFortunes moved to California to begin acting classes, but before he could get enrolling he was then offered a job as a motivational speaker for elementary schools while also selling yo-yo's. Jeff was a yo-yo professional for 3 years, and with that career he traveled all over the United States, and then to the UK and Australia for the summers. He is currently hosting his own podcast called The Seed, where he researches deeply into timeless stories, mines out the best parts, and makes them fun and easy for everyone to listen to. Jeff enjoys using fun imagined characters, voices, and a quirky sense of humor.
